Ryan Taylor is an associate with Cook Rector Pearce and joined the firm in November 2024. Ryan represents clients in all areas of estate planning, including planning for family-owned businesses, asset protection planning, charitable planning, and tax planning, as well as in estate and trust administration matters. He also assists individuals and privately-held businesses in a variety of corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and succession planning.
Ryan graduated cum laude from University of Denver with a B.A. in Economics, and returned to University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law for J.D., with a Corporate and Commercial Law Certificate and served as the Editor-in-Chief for the 2022 Sports and Entertainment Law Journal.
Prior to joining Cook Rector Pearce, Ryan spent two years as an estate planning attorney in Monument. Ryan is licensed to practice law in Colorado.
