Richard Pearce brings 20 years of experience as a Business/Corporate Services, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Tax Planning attorney to provide a holistic service to his clients. He advises clients on all facets of the life of a business, from startup/organization to governance/operational issues, mergers and acquisitions, asset protection and exit planning. Richard often acts as outside general counsel for his clients, handling those matters that are within his expertise and working with other experts as appropriate. Richard most enjoys helping his clients put together the big picture for their business, incorporating contracts, tax planning, asset protection and other facets of operating a business.
Richard’s clients touch most every industry, with some concentration in professional practices (medical/dental/accounting, etc.), real estate joint ventures, and tech companies.
A Tennessee native, Richard moved to Colorado Springs in 2014. He strives to spend as much time with his wife and three kids as possible, sneaking in some golf on occasion and skiing with his family and friends most weekends in the Winter.
